The gilt brass movement with verge escapement, the large engraved scroll and foliage decorated cock with aperture for the mock pendulum, rack and pinion regulator with calibrated silver disk, chain fusée, Egyptian pillars, the gilt dial with engraved scroll decoration, blue Roman numerals on white enamel cartouches, inner white enamel ring with blue half hour indication, single blued steel tulip hand, all hinged within the circular case with chased and engraved foliate decoration, the movement wound through the centre arbor, movement signed
