The spirally-gadrooned and ring turned stem surmounted by a fluted and foliate bulbous nozzle and detachable foliate wrapped drip-pan, on a spirally gadrooned and fluted circular foot, stamped with the C couronné poinçon (2)

Lot Essay
The C couronné poinçon was a tax mark employed between March 1745 and February 1749 on any alloy containing copper.
