A GROUP OF EIGHT BRONZE PECTORAL CROSSES
Asia Minor, 6th-9th century
Each cross hinged in two halves and decorated with depictions of saints and geometric patterns; some with circular recesses, probably for pastes, now lacking; some crosses also inscribed illegibly.
Losses; oxidisation.
