A PAIR OF NORTH EUROPEAN ORMOLU FOUR-LIGHT CANDELABRA
Mid-19th century, possibly Russian, now fitted as lamps
Each with slender fluted column stem surmounted by a central leaf-wrapped baluster issuing a conforming nozzle and flanked by three scrolled winged caryatid arms with bearded male masks supporting firther nozzles, on a tripartide base cast with maiden-headed caryatid supports terminating in paw feet
