An exhibition standard 1:192 scale waterline model of the Fletcher Class Destroyer USS Kidd Pennant Number DD661 (1943)
modelled by E.R. Dyke with signal mast and aerials, halyards, navigation lights, ladders, anchors, capstan, fairleads, bollards, deck rails, companionways, main, secondary and anti-aircraft armament, missile launcher, superstructure with bridge, fire control range finder and aerials, searchlights, whip aerials, life rafts, lockers, helicopter hanger and pad, aft mounted towed sonar, winch and gear and many other fine details, finished in light and dark grey and mounted on a painted seascape with perspex cover. Measurements overall -- 9 x 24½in. (23 x 62cm.)
