Chancery 2° (280 x 189mm). Gothic type, initial spaces with guide-letters. A minor printing mishap has obscured a few letters on the final page. (Small wormholes.) Modern brown blindstamped morocco by Sangorski and Sutcliffe, buckram slipcase. Provenance: Bernhard Collirola (inscription dated 1555, annotations) -- Regensburg, Dominican convent (inscription) -- New York, Manhattan College Library (bookplate, sale Christie's NY, 1 June 1991, lot 77).
