With blued fluted barrel block numbered from '1' to '5' and engraved with scrollwork and acanthus foliage at the muzzles and breeches (scattered minor surface pitting), case-hardened action finely engraved with scrollwork on a matted ground and signed on a ribbon on the left side, off-set scroll engraved bar-hammer with blued safety-catch, scroll engraved blued trigger-guard, scroll engraved stepped pommel with butt-trap, the cover engraved with a mask, chequered walnut butt, silver escutcheon, and some original finish, London proof marks
