A crested part dinner service
Late 19th Century, printed retailer's marks for Phillips 359 Oxford St. 155 New Bond St. LONDON
Each piece printed in brown with the crest of Leighton of a wyvern with wings spread, the rims with gilt stiff-leaf border and blue enamel and gilt bands, comprising: two sauce-tureens, a cover and two stands; a vegetable-tureen; three oval dishes in sizes; eleven soup-plates and eighty-two dinner-plates (rubbing to gilding, some flaking to enamels and other minor damages)
