A BRONZE BUST OF ALEXANDER I OF RUSSIA
Probably Russian, first quarter 19th century
Depicted facing to dexter; on a circular bronze socle and a cylindrical bronze pedestal with square foot; the pedestal with a gilt-bronze insignia in the form of a double headed eagle carrying an olive branch and a cartouche with the letter 'A'.
Dark brown patina and greenish brown high points.
