A Nepalese parcel gilt lacquered bronze figure of Amitabha, 17th/18th century
seated in padmasana with hands in dhyana mudra holding the kalasha above a lotus throne and pierced pedestal, all before a scrolling foliate back with birds and mythical beasts, the dhoti inlaid in silver and gold -- 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high.
