A Chinese gilt bronze figure of a bodhisattva, 18th century
seated in lalita asana on a double lotus base, his right hand raised holding an attribute, his left hand in his lap, his elaborate robes with incised foliate borders and wide billowing sleeves, his face with fierce expression and third eye below a an intricate tiara inlaid with turquoise -- 5½in. (14cm.) high.
