UNDERGLAZE-BLUE CHENGHUA FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARK, 18TH CENTURY
The conical-shaped vase with high rounded shoulders below a short neck, covered overall in a thick, pale lavender glaze with wide grey crackles underlaid with finer golden-brown crackles, the glaze stopping neatly above the foot, the base with a white crackled glaze
