With nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the black dial with Roman and baton numerals, engine-turned subsidiary seconds, the circular case with downturned lugs, snap on back, together with a stainless steel Gay Freres articulated link bracelet, case, dial and movement signed

This watch is accompanied by a Gay Freres stainless steel link bracelet. Gay Freres of Geneva specialized in jewelry, but had a tremendous reputation for producing high quality bracelets for wristwatches. While Gay Freres produced bracelets for many manufacturers, they are strongly associated with Rolex and Patek Philippe.

The design of this watch draws strongly from the Patek Philippe reference 96, calatrava model.
