With rectangular nickel-finished lever movement, 19 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the white dial with Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands, the hinged rectangular case designed to pivot within the rectangular backplate to conceal the dial, the back secured by four screws in the ends, together with an 18K gold Cartier deployant buckle, case and backplate stamped EJ for Edmond Jaeger and hand-stamped with Cartier reference numbers, dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch and Clock Co. Inc.
