CIRCA 1740-45, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARKS, THE FIRST WITH GILDER'S 3 AND 3., THE SECOND WITH GILDER'S 12. TO BOTH, VARIOUS PRESSNUMMERN
Both painted with figures after Watteau in landscaped gardens, the interiors of the cups and saucers with gilt interlocking scroll borders, comprising: a teacup and saucer, the saucer with figures before an arbour, gilt line rims (lower terminal of handle with secured crack, rim with slight wear, saucer with minute rim chip and small areas of wear); a quatrefoil teacup and saucer painted in puce camaïeu with figures (handle restuck, saucer with two underglaze blue blemishes) (2)
