the pierced rectangular panel with central claw-set old brilliant-cut diamond within an Oriental inspired geometric pattern of pavé set old-brilliant-cut diamonds, calibré rubies, emeralds and sapphires and amethyst border, the pin hoop with maker's mark M R & Cie, and with eagle poinçon marks, approximate length 4.2cm.
