Designed by Edgar Finley, Manufactured by Howell James & Co., London, Circa 1872
Comprising a mantel clock and pair of tazze: the clock surmounted by a horn-blowing winged triton, above the oval body centred by a white enamel dial, flanked to each side by a pierced scroll volute, on a spreading base centred by a scallop-shell and coral, flanked to each side by a winged hippocampus, on flat feet, the reverse with kite Registration stamp; the tazze en suite
The clock: 19½ in. (50 cm.) high; The tazze: 11¼ in. (29 cm.) high (3)
