Of flared conical form on short foot, the interior with a radiating design of four black tendrils and four cobalt blue rosettes within a border of undulating arabesques, the interstices pierced through the body beneath the glaze, the rim with incised inscription of two quatrains in Persian over black ground, the exterior plain turquoise save for a band of black triangles around the rim, repaired clean breaks
