The ivory ground with an overall design of various delicate stylised floral palmettes and angular motifs, in an ivory border of larger angular motifs and flowering vine between narrow inner floral meander and outer running dog stripes, woven horizontally, localised areas of wear with a few reweaves, one corner replaced with fragment from another similar carpet
