An English porcelain part dessert-service
CIRCA 1820, PERHAPS RIDGWAYS, PAINTED GILT AND PUCE PATTERN NUMBER 720
Painted with a loose bouquet of garden flowers and further flowers to the well, within moulded gilt garlands, within green rims moulded with white beads, comprising:
a centrepiece with two leaf scroll handles
two shaped rectangular serving-dishes with leaf scroll handles
two sauce tureens, covers and stands
two quatrefoil-shaped dishes (one with rim chip to reverse)
a shaped octagonal dish with scroll leaf handle (short cracks to rim)
six twelve-sided plates (some rubbing to gilding and enamels generally and some staining)
