The rectangular padded seat covered in crimson foliate silk damask above a foliate scroll frieze, on panelled square tapering legs joined by a shaped moulded stretcher, on tapering feet, the underside with 'Art Treasures of Warwickshire' exhibition label and label inscribed 'A. Fr. Douty', replacements to the feet
