On circular stepped and domed base chased and embossed with bands of foliage and flowers against matted ground, the plain cylindrical stem with three dragon brackets supporting the hexafoil lobed bowl, chased, pricked and embossed with fruit and foliage, the centre with a detachable swan finial, marked on bowl
