A PAIR OF GERMAN ORMOLU-MOUNTED AND BRASS-INLAID BOIS SATINÉ AND MAHOGANY CORNER CABINETS

Each with a glazed door opening to reveal three shelves, the lower section now with a quarter-veneered door opening to reveal two shelves and centred with an Apollo ormolu mount, the hinges enhanced with elaborate mounts of sea-shells and flowerheads within acanthus leaves echoing the corner mounts at the top of each glazed door, the top of the early cabinet bearing a wax seal indistinctly marked 'RE... LINSHES... TADT... GERICHT... ECUTION... SIEGRIA' and an inventory number '2810'
