Originally for oil lamps, each with pearled rim and twisted handles with bacchic masks, the reeded body with a central relief collar of further classical figures on a moulded socle and square slate base, converted to form a lamp by Alberto Pinto with pleated spreading mushroom silk square shade, on a giltwood plinth
