The waisted case with finial cast as an amorino holding a torch, with arched glazed side panels, the foliate cast dial applied with individual white enamel Roman cartouche chapters, with blued steel hands, signed on an enamel plaque below GOUCHON A PARIS, the eight day twin barrel movement with five vase-shaped back-pinned pillars, now with anchor escapement, with calibrated countwheel on the back plate with repeat signature, strike on bell above -- 22½in. (57cm.) high; on conforming wall bracket -- 9in. (23cm.) high (2)
