Chancery 2° (299 x 194mm). Gothic type, two columns, first initial supplied in blue, decorated with red and blue penwork, chapter and paragraph marks supplied alternately in red and blue. (Small wormholes at beginning and end, light spotting, occasionally affecting text.) 20th-century vellum-backed contemporary wooden boards, title on fore-edges, two vellum leaves from a 12th-century antiphoner with Beneventan neumes as pastedowns (a few wormholes, extremities worn).
