Median 4° (241 x 176mm). Gothic type, miniature and illuminated initial opening each of five books, headings printed in red, initials alternating red and blue. (Illumination worn, o4.5 reversed in binding, washed, scattered repairs occasionally effecting a few words, a few wormholes.) 19th-century half sheep (rubbed at extremities). Provenance: early manuscript headlines and foliation, manuscript notes on NN7 verso.
