Chancery 2° (263 x 174mm). Gothic type, the first initial illuminated, others in red or blue. (Without initial blank, washed, a few leaves re-hinged, first and last few leaves repaired with some loss of text, repairs to last leaf, repaired tear to d7 affecting text, minor soiling.) Modern roll-tooled tan morocco gilt by Angulo, brown cloth slipcase. Provenance: early foliation and some annotations. C 6421; BMC V, 292; Goff J-95.
