An original Capitol acetate with a recording of the song "Melody of Love," recorded by Frank Sinatra at KHJ Studios in Hollywood and housed in a manila sleeve with the number "15189" stamped at the top left and right corners on both sides. The date "Dec 13 1954" is stamped at the center, as well as handwritten notes in pencil and green ink reading "Shapiro - Bernstein ASCAP 15189 [Master No.] 13, 141-15 [Time] 3.00 Melody of Love (Tom Glazer - H. Engelmann Frank Sinatra and Ray Anthony and his ork My Ref."
