FIRST HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY, PRINTED MARKS, PATTERN NO. 1342 IN IRON-RED
Gilt with the Bibby crest, a raised arm holding a sword within a leafy oval cartouche, titled Vi et Virtute, reserved on a dark-blue broad band, within rope-moulded gilt rims, comprising:
an oval footed centrepiece
two oval sauce-boats on fitted stands with entwined gilt branch finials and covers
seven oval serving-dishes in sizes
two oval stands
four soup-plates
four dinner-plates
two plates (very light rubbing to gilding, minor damages and cracks)
