CIRCA 1760, BLUE CROWNED INTERLACED CS MARK
Modelled by Johann Wilhelm Göz with his head turned to the left, wearing a yellow-lined long black cloak, a pale-blue collar, a gilt-trimmed puce coat, a gilt-trimmed iron-red waistcoat, pale-green breeches and black shoes with gilt buckles, standing in an elegant pose with his left foot forward and his right hand in his pocket, his left hand holding a red and gilt book, on a shaped circular green-washed mound base edged with rococo gilt-edged foliage scrolls (left hand restuck at wrist, both cuffs and right collar of cloak with slight restoration, right sleeve of cloak with minute chip or flake, slight chipping to edge of base)
