A HÖCHST GLOBULAR POT-POURRI JAR AND A DOMED COVER
BOTH CIRCA 1760, ENAMELLED PUCE WHEEL MARK TO JAR, INCISED NI TO FOOTRIM
Pierced with bands of flowerheads within roundels divided by lesser apertures, edged with puce scrolls on the jar and with gilding on the cover, painted below with vignettes of river landscapes among scattered flowers and insects, the cover with a flower finial (very minor chipping to petals of finial, slight wear to gilding, minor scratches to one vignette)
