Melchior, the girl drying tears from her eyes with a handkerchief and holding part of a broken jug in her right hand, the other pieces at her feet, her headscarf, bodice, skirt and shoes enriched with gilding, the gallant with his hair tied en queue and standing with his hands clasped together, on shaped grassy mound bases edged with rocks (minute chipping to extremities and slight flaking to enamels, one piece of jug possibly lacking from base)
