Tibet, circa 15th Century
The gilt bronze vajra with four prongs issuing from makaras with baluster-form handle at center; the ghanta with corresponding gilt bronze handle with face surmounted by a half-vajra finial, the separately cast bell decorated with a vajra border and dome molded with lotus and pendent garlands with sacred syllables in lotus petals
