An Inlaid Parcel Gilt Silver Pectoral Plate**
Bukhara, 19th/20th Century
In bird form, the body hollow with hinged top, worked in fine filigree overall, inlaid with carnelian, turquoise, damascened plaques, and hardstones, with similarly decorated hanging pendants terminating in openwork orbs, with chains emanating from the wings topped with a coral bead, the front gilt and silver on reverse
