Lot Essay

Seelos was a student of Joseph Selleni and Jan Nowopacky. He was an honorable member of the Royal Society of Belgian Watercolourists. The Fernandeum of Innsbruck has one of his works and Museum of Fine Art in Vienna has many of his watercolours, mainly depicting architectural subjects and Mediterranean ports.
