4o (223 x 165 mm). Title printed in red and black with engraved pictorial vignette. With 14 etched portraits of professors by Wolffgang Philipp Kilian and a portrait by Michael Rössler accompanying Baier's autobiography. Contemporary gold-tooled South-German scarlet morocco, floral-roll border, a single ornament at the angles, emblematic figure of Justice stamped in center of the covers, gilt and colored embossed floral pastedowns, (spine and corners rubbed).
