For a pair of altar attendants see Robert J. Moes, Korean Art from the Brooklyn Museum Collection (New York: Universe Books, 1987). pl. 58. The figure holds an offering in the form of an immortal peach and is represented as an ageless youth. The costume is a fanciful recreation of clothing of the Tang dynasty.
