A custom-made Cloud solid body guitar in yellow finish, double cutaway body with extended scrolling horn, 22 fret fingerboard decorated with gender symbols, two EMG pickups, tone and volume controls, selector switch and combination bridge tailpiece; with black softshell case; accompanied by various documents concerning the provenance, including: a letter on Paisley Park Enterprises headed stationery, 26th July, 1993, from K. Jill Willis, Executive Vice-President, stating...this letter will serve as notice of authenticity for the guitar you won during Prince's 1993 U.S. tour. The guitar was designed exclusively for Prince, 1p.; a letter from a radio station, Z100 New York, from Kath Spellman, Promotion Coordinator, 25th March, 1993, congratulating the recipient on winning....A personal customized electric guitar from Prince!; and several photocopies of photographs of Prince holding an identical guitar; and a video, Sign Of The Times, 1987, similarly featuring footage of Prince playing an identical guitar (a lot)
