With gilt brass verge movement, chain fusée, finely chased, engraved and pierced large balance cock, plain three arm steel balance, rack and pinion regulator with calibrated silver disk, pierced Egyptian pillars, the gilt dial with engraved scroll decorated centre, blue Roman numerals on white enamel cartouches, inner white enamel ring with blue half-hour indication, outer Arabic five minute divisions, in large circular case with finely chased and engraved foliate decoration, the reverse centred by a small engraved portrait of a lady, movement signed
