Each unique flower designed with a diamond, yellow diamond, emerald, pink topaz, padparadscha sapphire, spinel or ruby centre to the white and pink diamond, sapphire, ruby, amethyst and tourmaline petals and green garnet leaves, mounted in silver and 18k gold, made in 1987, each measuring between 4.5 and 5.2 cm high, in pink leather JAR case

In 1987 an exhibition was staged at The National Academy of Design, New York, titled A Collection of Jewels Created in Celebration of Our Ten Years in Place Vendôme’, wherethe 15 e invitation only guests were allowed but a few hours to explore by torchlight. It was for this exhibition that lot 424, the magnificent set of seven diamond and gem-set Moghul flower brooches, was specifically designed.
