Of circular section with a leaf and shell motif shaped border, engraved with foliate scroll motifs centring an engraved inscription, further engraved with a coat-of-arms and the badge of the Kent Fire Office, marked on back

The inscription reads: 'Presented to John Tasker Esquire One of the Auditors of the Kent Fire and Life Institutions by the unanimous resolution of the General Meeting of Proprietors On the 1st July 1838'
