8° (231 x 153mm). Title and text printed in red and black. (A few unobtusive small marks.) Original crushed blue morocco gilt, designed by Blair Hughes-Stanton and executed by George Fisher, Gregynog Press Bindery, ruled across boards and spine in gilt and blind, rules terminated in pink-stained vellum star-of-David inlays ruled in gilt and blind, spine gilt in compartments, lettered in 2, 4 others decorated with pink-stained vellum star-of-David inlays, turn-ins ruled in gilt and blind, top edge gilt, original cloth box (gilt very lightly oxidised, box faded, rubbed and chipped). Provenance: Thomas Jones (1870-1955, for whom see lot 255, by descent to his daughter:) -- Eirene Lloyd, Baroness White (1909-1999; sale, Sotheby's London, 21-22 July 1992, lot 367).
