Each moulded with the Dulong pattern centred on each side with gilt-edged panels painted with specimen birds perched on branches, with scattered bouquets and flower-sprays above and below, the ends with pierced rocaille, asparagus and cauliflower handles, the domed covers similarly decorated with four panels below turnip finials and scattered fungi, asparagus and cauliflower stems, shaped gilt line rims (very slight chipping to handles and vegetables, slight flaking to enamels and very slight wear to gilding, one handle restuck with minute associated losses, the other tureen with handle restuck and associated repair to adjacent area and a restored rim chip, one cover with small repair to turnip leaves)
