A CHARLES X ORMOLU AND PATINATED-BRONZE EIGHT-LIGHT CHANDELIER
CIRCA 1820-1830, PROBABLY NOT FRENCH
With chain suspension decorated with oval medallions depicting birds, the circular stem headed by a vase decorated with foliage, with scrolled branches terminating in winged chimerae issuing from winged putti masks, the water-leaf wrapped nozzles above foliate drip-pans with fruiting boss, the stem with a foliate boss, fitted for electricity
