The case of plinth form with silvered sight ring to the circular silvered engraved dial signed Vulliamy London in the centre engraved with minute markers for the blued steel alarm hand adjusted above XII and engraved Alarm Set, Engraved Roman chapter ring with blued steel hands, Wind Alarm square at chapter III, the movement with single gut fusee, half deadbeat escapement, the alarm train with short spring barrel planted on the backplate and twin clappers striking on a bell mounted above the rectangular plates, the backplate signed Vulliamy London 1338
