The 12 in. silvered engraved dial within a convex glazed brass bezel, dial signed George Kershaw London with Roman and Arabic chapter ring and pierced blued steel hands, the movement with brass A-shaped plates secured by four baluster pillars, knife-edge verge escapement and single wire fusee, the mahogany casing with latched door to the right side and to the base with shaped apron
