Edo period (18th century), the netsuke signed Ganshoshi Nagatsune (1722-1787) and with kao (cursive monogram); the ojime signed Nagatsune
The netsuke and matching ojime patinated in shakudo, shibuichi and finished with copper and gilt highlights, the netsuke carved with a tiger in bamboo, the reverse with a bamboo stem forming the himotoshi, the ojime carved as a monkey
