A red Raku ware bowl (akaraku) with a finely crackled glaze and a torii design, the foot impressed with a Raku character mark, 12 cm. diam.; a Shino ware bowl on small foot, the red-brown body covered with a transparent glaze over a band of white, 12.5 cm. diam.; a curved Shino ware bowl on a small foot, the red-brown body covered with a transparent glaze over a band of white, 12.5 cm. high; an irregularly shaped bowl covered with a variegated yellow-grey-brown glaze, 11.5 cm. diam.; and a bowl with a thin silky white glaze with patches of grey-green over a red-brown body, 11 cm. diam.
