Tasting Note: Despite a cloudy cask sample, April 1989, glorious nose, immense sweetness, its potential confirmed the following year. Crisp, good in 1994. In 1997 very good but needing more time. Most recently, coping surprisingly well with profiteroles and fresh raspberries at a Distillers' Installation Court dinner: yellow gold; lovely, scented, orange blossom bouquet; sweet, very good indeed.
